Meet the Henderson Heat and Air Team

Our employees are highly trained and motivated professionals. Most are Nate certified. Prior to employment they must pass the Virginia State Police criminal background check, pre-employment and random drug testing and DMV driving record background checks.

	Jimmy Henderson President/Owner Jimmy and Theresa Henderson have been married for over 30 years. They have two daughters, Mary and Angela, and one son Eric. Mary and Eric graduated from Virginia Tech. Angela graduated from James Madison University. Jimmy enjoys music, playing guitar, Nascar racing and boating. He is currently learning to play the fiddle.
	Theresa Henderson Vice President/Office Manager Jimmy and Theresa have been married for over 30 years. They have two daughters, Mary and Angela, and one son, Eric. Mary and Eric graduated from Virginia Tech. Angela graduated from James Madison University. Theresa enjoys gardening, hunting, fishing and VT football. Theresa is also an emergency room nurse.
	Jeff Installation Technician Jeff AKA Scooter enjoys spending time outdoors. He loves fishing and hunting. Jeff also likes to be out on the river in his bass boat. He is a Redskins fan.
	David Service/Installation Technician David AKA Goose is a lieutenant for the Courtland Volunteer Fire Dept. He is married to Heather. They have a son named Austin. David enjoys Virginia Tech football. He is aso a Chicago Bear's fan and a big New York Mets fan.
	Daryl Installation Technician Daryl likes hunting, fishing and sports. He plays in the slow pitch softball league in Franklin. He is a Baltimore Orioles baseball and Virginia Tech football fan.
